I am a lawyer who has always  worked a lot with no time for cooking food.  And as an adult I have always lived in an apartment or condo with limited kitchen space.  There is no pantry, double-oven or massive refrigerator.  I have no space for a slow-cooker, instapot or whatever they call them.

For several years on the weekends while at the gym I watched the cooking shows.  They all had big kitchens, tons of space and devices and gadgets.  I enjoyed them but I didn't find any for people like me who like Condo Cooking.

So I have launched Condo-Cooking.com!

Every food and drink recipe has to be simple, fun and not take a lot of space or time.  And I hate having to clean pans so the fewer the better.
